I have done videography for live bands and venues for 5+ years under the name West Bay Live on social media. Meeting with hundreds of bands and venues, I have listened to their stories of how hard it is to get gigs. I am developing a new website called GetaGig.net. Bands and venues can register for free. Once you have registered, choose your genre, price, etc., and select dates on a calendar that you have open.
AI will analyze and show venues the bands that meet their criteria and show a promotional video to the venue. Once a venue has chosen, a contract will be made and a date set. Both band and venue will pay a nominal one-time 5% charge of the total cost of the gig. If a band needs a promo video, West Bay Live can be hired to facilitate a video at a low cost. Also, bands will be able to sell their merchandise on GetaGig.net with tools to facilitate selling merchandise.
This site will revolutionize the way gigs are handled and take a huge burden away from both venues and bands.
